Online Merchandise Return Policy
Online merchandise returns are accepted via mail and in store drop off. Before returning an item, please contact our store at 732-442-4378 to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described. Dresses and Accessories: Must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint. All items must have the tags intact and attached. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation in the return package Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped different from item ordered), we will be responsible for the item exchange and postage. You may also return the product and get a full refund including postage. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged are personalized and dyed items. Items on sale or perishables items such as earrings (jewelry sets containing earrings) are non-returnable or exchangeable.
We offer USPS and UPS Ground, 2 Day & 3 Day Service for USA shipments. We also offer USPS for international shipments to help reduce your international shipping costs.

Most non-personalized or dye orders are shipped out in 1-3 days. Please be advised that International orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process. You will be emailed an Automatic Shipment Notification when your order has been shipped. This email confirmation includes a link to the online tracking number and a copy of your invoice.
The cost of shipping varies per order. Shipping costs are based on the number of items per order as well as the dollar value of your order. Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart. Other fees apply for international orders, please see below for more details. International shipping charges may be different than what is calculated at the time of check out. You will be notified of any shipping cost changes.
